Age & identity verification for vaping

Vapeshop collaborated with 1account to aid the refinement of its official app in the Shopify App store with a view to launching on our other brands, should everything work as expected.We ran tests throughout the summer and after a positive uplift in the percentage of verified users compared to other providers, and a now seamless integration to our backend order fulfilment, we are excited to launch their solution on our other brand, ECIGWIZARD.

Whilst our old age verification system did prevent underage orders, it was expensive and had a much lower success rate than 1account. 23% lower. The feedback we have had from our customers who have used the 1account integration to verify their age has been overwhelmingly positive. We would recommend 1account to any online retailer looking to implement an age verification process who otherwise wouldn't, due to concerns about any disruption
